Lot Fourteen has proven itself to be a driving force in the South Australian economy – their innovation district attracting new investment and people into the state. It’s now time for Lot Fourteen to push the boundaries at becoming a globally competitive innovation hub.

We developed a tangible, anchor communications product that will help build national and global confidence and credibility around Lot Fourteen – in turn, attracting further investment in the state.
Black Sheep Advertising was brought on board to design and pull together the new Lot Fourteen Boundless Magazine.
Inspired by celebrated global magazines, stories from Lot Fourteen were brought to life in a striking magazine designed to work well across print and as a digital magazine available on the Lot Fourteen website.
Alongside the magazine’s development, Black Sheep also worked with Lot Fourteen to turn around a digital communication campaign that would invite new audiences to know more about Lot Fourteen’s thriving innovation ecosystem.
Boundless launched by the Premier Peter Malinauskas in June 2023 at a full capacity event at Lot Fourteen. The first print run went out of stock in a week, appearing in offices and lobbies across the state. Online articles delivered a growth of 6% in website subscriber database.
Importantly, Lot Fourteen tenants experiences a boost in their promotion and awareness anecdotally leading to new partnerships and tenant enquiry.
The second issue of the magazine launched in Nov 2023 with the support of a paid digital communication campaign. While we still await consolidated results, Lot Fourteen are already confidently activating the next issue.
