    Following a recent brand refresh, elevate EC Carpets’ social media presence, increasing awareness of their premium carpets and driving sample orders for both end users and commercial clients.

    Create platform-native content that inspires users to elevate the comfort and aesthetic of their next project through EC Carpets and push this content to the decision makers in building and renovation projects.

    Carpet is not just about aesthetic. There is an element of guardianship in the way that EC’s carpets protect families, keep them warm and provide comfort. We leaned into these factors, utilising imagery and copy focused on highlighting the tactile nature of carpet.

  • Results

    We had immediate impact, growing their TikTok following from 33 to 1,033 in 60 days. With increased awareness, came an increase in sample orders. In three months, we have increased monthly sample orders by over 72%.
