    20 years ago, CIBO Espresso pioneered the coffee scene in South Australia. They were a destination for locals seeking an authentic Italian coffee experience. Over the years, the local boutique coffee scene exploded, meaning CIBO wasn’t pulling the crowds it used to.

    A rebrand or reposition wasn’t needed. We just needed to remind people the authentic Italian experience they loved is still accessible at CIBO today.

    Using animation, we showed iconic, authentic Italian moments, reminding South Australians of the familiar CIBO experience.

    Anecdotal evidence suggested an increase in positive brand sentiment and a renewed interest in CIBO Espresso as a coffee destination.
